One to one yoga

 

 

Available for beginners and experienced.   It is possible to book a yoga class, or a sequence of classes by phone or email.  Restorative classes available for relaxation.

SUNDAYS, 2 – 5PM.   

The Haven, Watergate St, Bandon.

  All levels of experience are welcome, you are welcome to try one or dive into all four   Wear loose comfortable clothes; bring drinking water, a blanket or cushion & writing materials.

Movement Meditation

 About Marianne:  My journey has been to follow the body’s desire to move and thus ‘be moved’ neglected and forgotten aspects are felt and seen.  The reclamation of light and shadow through embodied awareness practices in the field of yoga, movement, voice and psychotherapy and integral to my work and life.
