A Soulful Year 4 You starting October, 2025

Embodied Compassionate Awareness Practices, Sacred Dance, & Systemic Constellations & Ritual.

This course is suitable for practitioners at all levels, from beginners to experienced. We are taking bookings now.

This is an invitation to come away from our usual daily lives, and take time out in nature to re-connect to ourselves supported by Spaciousness, Embodied Practices, Deep Rest, all in the spirit of your own inquiry.

Our time together will include :

Embodied Compassionate Listening and Inquiry.

Lots of poetry and song, voice and sound.

Quiet times inside /outside

Deep Rest

We move through multiple processes of somatic movement, sacred dance remembering and returning to wise earth, water, fire and spaciousness retrieving our ‘one wild and true nature (Mary Oliver)

Making two simple shrine spaces outside/inside.

Personal rituals of writing and sharing with witness.

Systemic Constellations: our personal stories unfold through sound, movement in a felt-sense way, this can be ritualised though systemic constellations interacting and evolving in ways that support evoke each persons consciousness and healing reminding us of the larger story of life in which we all play a part.

  • We meet at An Sanctoir, a sanctuary space deep in the heart of West Cork... Here the land, river, mountain, and sky together with the wildlife and the green ones create a larger container for us to resource and support our personal history and journey. Inside we meet in the shape of Circle as container, a container on many levels- in its cellular form level as it is found in many ancient cultures and healing traditions.

Mostly we eat lunch at Dan Grey’s place on the land where he cooks delicious soups and salads from his garden.

Over time a sense of wellbeing is embodied and from here we come into relationship with what arises for us individually and as a collective. ( This work is trauma informed)

The eyes of the future are looking back at us,
and they are praying
that we might see beyond our own time.
They are kneeling with hands clasped
that we might act with restraint,
that we might leave room for the life
that is destined to come.
To protect what is wild is to protect what is gentle.
Perhaps the wildness we fear
is the pause between our own heart beats,
the silent space that says we live only by grace
wildness, wilderness lives by this same grace,
wild mercy is in our hands.
Let this be our prayer, reimagined.
